How long do the extensions last?

On average, 2–3 months, depending on the method and how you care for them.

Will the bonds be visible?

No. We match the bond color to your hair — they’re discreet, even in updos.

Will it damage my natural hair?

No. We use a gentle Italian method with no glue or harsh chemicals.

How long does the procedure take?

Typically 2.5–3 hours, depending on the desired volume and length.

Can I get just a small volume added?

Yes. We also do partial extensions — for temples, parting areas, or added fullness.

What if I want to remove the extensions?

We offer safe removal without damage and advise you on aftercare as well.

Can I dye or style the extensions?

Yes, hair extensions can be dyed, but we recommend doing so with care. Use gentle dyes and keep in mind that the color might react differently than your natural hair. It’s best to consult your stylist to avoid damage and achieve the desired shade.  You can style the extensions any way you like. We’ll show you how to care for them and recommend the best products for your hair type.

What is the minimum hair length required for hair extensions?

The minimum length is usually around 5–7 cm .

Do you offer free consultations before booking an appointment?

Yes, we provide free consultations to help you choose the right hair, method, and volume before your appointment.

What guarantees do you provide?

We are confident in our skills and offer a guarantee for our services so that you can be calm about the result. If the extended capsules require adjustment within 14 days after the procedure, we will fix it free of charge. Regarding purchasing in our online shop, you can return your hair within a week if the color/length/texture does not suit you (except for hairpieces), provided that the tags and elastic bands on the bulk are not cut off.
