If you’re unsure which option is right for you, simply send us photos of your current hair or your inspiration pictures. We’ll help you choose the best match.
Step 2. Color & Texture Matching

To ensure the best possible match, your manager will send you real photos and videos of our hair under different lighting conditions, including:
- Natural daylight
- Indoor lighting
- Warm lighting

This allows you to see how each shade looks in different environments and helps eliminate surprises after delivery. We also carefully select the hair texture that best matches your natural hair or your desired look.
Step 3. Order Confirmation & Price Estimate
Once all details have been finalized, your manager prepares a detailed quotation based on your selected specifications.
You’ll receive a clear breakdown of your order, including:
- Product specifications
- Hair length
- Color
- Texture
- Quantity
- Total price
- Estimated production time
Before production begins, you’ll have the opportunity to review every detail.
Step 4. Making Changes
Need to adjust your order?

Before your order enters production, your manager can help you make changes such as:
- Changing the shade
- Adjusting the length
- Updating the texture
- Modifying the quantity
- Adding or removing products
We want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your order before manufacturing begins.
Step 5. Production
After your order has been approved, all specifications are sent directly to our production team. Each order is manufactured according to your individual requirements rather than taken from stock.
During production, our specialists carefully:
